Many a tweet tonight about power lines down in the Mission, causing delays on several bus routes in the area.

There were several sparks on the (J-line) car, before the car filled with smoke. Luckily, the driver stopped prematurely, within a foot of the Van Ness platform, to let everyone squeeze out. It definitely scared everyone, but no one was hurt. I hear that lines won’t be fixed until 5am tomorrow.
