Pretends to know everyone in his vicinity, which is usually right where you caught him, between like 28th and 30th on Mission. Often speaks to anyone who can hear about having just "gotten out". Actually jovial. Sometimes rides just a few blocks to, it seems, get in touch with his people. He's like the ghetto Gavin. It did seem like the driver finally noticed me taking pictures in the rear view mirror and stopped what he was doing and his friend got off the bus immediately. (Friend had a bike on the bus though, so possibly was just riding up the hill.) I twittered the info to @sf311, with the vehicle number, route and time of day and the pictures.
