In that ‘hood, it’s going to last, oh, 3-4 days max?

It’s already been there a few weeks… looks okay so far. I don’t like how it’s open at the back: that won’t provide much shelter for anyone when it rains and it’s windy.

The same design was installed on the south-west side of the Civic Center several months ago. Talk about form over function.

More views would help…

There’s one at Geary and Powell and one at Geary and Arguello, too, if you want to check one out in person (I am sure there are others but I haven’t seen them!)

I like the one near my area (over yonder at Civic Center). It’s pretty, and its newness means cleaner seats!

It’s nice that they have the stop ID on them in case you want to dial 511 for departure times

They look like they’re packed with hightech features like WiFi and solar panels but its not. Agree with Rachel about the wind, but the big sheets of glass were a magnet for a**holes; i had one near my place on Bush and the glass was busted every few months.

There’s an awesome specimen of the “Grande” version living at Market and Steuart. Complete with yellow roof!

Bet it didn’t last an hour before it got tagged.

yeah they’re neat, I still wonder what’s up with the roofs though, why so red and wavy? It creates a crazy light underneath.
