Trick or Treat, Now You Have to Smell My …

Sure, it is tempting to put one’s feet on the seat facing one’s own, but how does this guy justify taking up all these seats in a row on a rather full 9? And shouldn’t one, at the very least, put one’s feet down when somebody looks longingly at the shoe rest?

Don’t commit this Muni faux pas, especially on a rainy gross day like today! And don’t forget to send us your tales on the bus.

I hate that. One time a guy was doing that, who obviously did not speak very good English, if any at all….and I looked down, pointed at the seat in the gesture “Can you move so I can sit there?” He just looked at me straight in the eye and shook his head no. If I wasn’t getting off in five minutes I would’ve probably moved his feet myself.

This behavior makes an average man vastly unappealing.

Today on my bus it was umbrellas on seats… 4 people, 4 umbrellas, means 8 seats out of commission. Feet are worse, of course, but wet umbrellas on seats on rainy days really drives me nuts…
