At Any Given Time of Day 02.13.11

Photographer Troy Holden does it again. This photo is exactly why I love living in San Francisco. ‘Nuf said.
Troy is a part of the amazing website Caliber. If you haven’t checked out Caliber, I highly recommend it.
Photo Diary: Color Tiles 02.07.11

A San Francisco street, or some kind of fantastic manmade urban plate tectonics?

Photo Diary: Back in the Day 01.29.11
Joel S. on Flickr saw this sticker on Muni that we can definitely identify with. We love old timey shit too, especially transit-related ones (got anything for Muni Time Capsule?)
Meanwhile, on Muni 01.26.11
David Lytle on Flickr captured this shot of adorable riders.
Share what you saw on Muni today in our Muni Photos Flickr pool.
Lost Memories on the Station Floor 01.20.11
Found this old photo by Bill Swingle on Flickr today. He writes:
Pile of someone’s stuff on the Embarcadero/Folsom Muni platform. These pictures were all real black/white printed in the early ’60s according to the dates on the back.
Seeing all of this stuff strewn all over made me sad for whoever lost it all.
What did you see on and around the bus today? Our Muni Photos Flickr pool awaits…
N-Judah Runs Away to the South Bay 01.16.11
Jeremy A. spotted this N-Judah going to the South Bay on the 280. Thanks, Jeremy, for snapping the photo while driving 85 miles per hour. Hey N-Judah, San Francisco is the other way.
Drop your photos of Muni in any habitat in our Muni Photos Flickr pool.
Muni, Window 1 Please 01.06.11
Ariel Dovas saw a bus in his window. Really.
I’m still squinting at the photo trying to figure out the where and how.
Six Hours on the 49 12.06.10
J.J. Barrow is a transportation reporter for MissionLoc@l and spent six hours on the 49-Van Ness. Here’s a photo essay of some of the pictures J.J. captured on the ride.
Got your own Muni photo to contribute? Drop it in our Flickr pool. It’ll make our day!
