WTF on the 71-Haight/Noriega?
Could it be refried ectoplasm? We know you ain’t afraid of no Muni ghost, but seriously, how did this goo get up there?

I see this in SF bathrooms all the time (though the splotches aren’t as dramatic). It’s something to do with the type of paint and then the condensation…anyone know more?
