If you get off work or a long trip and you’re feeling sleepy on a muni bus, let the operator know where you’re getting off so just in case you fall asleep they can wake you up. As an operator its better for us to know where you’re getting off than for you to miss your stop. I’ve lived in SF all my life and I remember falling asleep as a very little kid on the L train and the bus driver wake me up just before we entered the tunnel. I appreciate that driver to this day. As a little kid going into that tunnel way back in the day was a scary proposition. Not only that but the muni driver made sure I got back to my stop safe and sound.
