That’s just an N-Judah going to the new Train Yard over in Islais Creek.
An N pulling out over the T line to Muni Metro East Yard.
That is a normaal pull-in route for some N trains heading to the Muni Metro East yard (MME). Nothing to get excited about. The sign is up because the train is supposed to be in service until the last stop on 3rd before the turn into the yard.
