Apropos of nothing, a friend brought a new word to my attention: edgehog. According to Urban Dictionary, an edgehog is “a passenger at the bus who hogs the aisle seat.” Example: “I rode the bus with the ultimate edgehog! I had to squeeze my way to the window seat.”
