How long before Muni threatens a lawsuit?
Eric, so I read on Greg’s blog that the SFMTA never threatened copyright on Greg’s items, and only filed copyright complaints against items featuring the Muni Worm and the old Muni logo featuring the cable car (those two are actually copyrighted items, but not the other graphics such as the line numbers). Zazzle mistakenly went too far and took down Greg’s items but the items are now back online, according to Greg. So I think we are all safe to wear these pins (and anything else that’s not featuring the Muni worm) with abandon.
