Man Crushed by BART at Glen Park, Major Delays Both Ways (update)

Original post (Wednesday): A man was found under the BART train in Glen Park and pronounced dead at the scene, reports the Contra Costa Times. Police and paramedics arrived on the scene around 3:52 p.m. today, according to the Contra Costa Times report. The man’s identity has not been released, and police did not have details about how the man ended up under the train.

The northbound Richmond train was stopped. According to a BART advisory, there is a major delay at Glen Park in the SFO, Millbrae and East Bay directions, and that trains are not stopping at Glen Park.
