“San Francisco is full of characters.” Yes, exactly. For better and for worse.
That’s for sure whether you like or not the 14 in particular is full of “characters” after midnight but these characters are should I say aren’t ones you wanna hangout with. To me they seem more like lost souls rather than characters, but that’s SF for ya!
