Here’s a photo that makes you wish that you were young again, at that age when you didn’t care about the number of reasons why riding the outside of the J could be kind of dangerous, and you never worried about knee problems because you are going to live forever.

So this is how you skateboard uphill in San Francisco. This guy nonchalantly catches a ride from the 24-Divisadero, to what I can only imagine was the awe and surprise from the line outside of Brenda’s Meat and Three. Thanks to Wenyan Chen for this Instagram video.
Bus announcement inspires Muni rider
I mean, us Muni riders’ motto should be, “Making the Most of a Bad Situation,” amirite? Muni rider Shaun is with me:
“When the Muni robot voice says ‘Please hold on,’ I always want finish it with, ‘Hold on for one more day!’
“Am I the only person who wants to sing Wilson Phillips while riding the bus?”

SF Beautiful has announced the top 5 vote-getters in its contest to see whose art will appear on 50 Muni buses later this year. They are:
