“Nothing can stop N-Judah from delivering passengers to Ocean Beach. Even if it’s a nice car stuck too close to the tracks for the train to pass. Thanks to this superhero driver who pushed the car away and to the side street, the train was able to go on.

“I’m so glad to see a man taking the matter in his own hands instead of simply calling somebody to tow it, clogging the line and damaging thousands of passengers. Once in a while, riding Muni is inspirational again.”

Two Muni vehicles collide on Market, many injuries (update)

Update (12:27 p.m.): SF Weekly’s The Snitch reports that among the 19 people injured, some of those were part of “a group of students reportedly on a school field trip.”

“According to Muni, the accident happened at about 11 a.m. when a F-Line trolley and a 9L-San Bruno collided near Sixth and Market streets. Paul Rose, spokesman for Muni, told reporters that nobody was seriously hurt,” reports SFWeekly. Read more
