Creepy Doll, 1; Rained-On Muni Riders 0

First, there was Asylum, then there was Poltergeist, then there were probably some other movies with creepy dolls, and then there was this.

Jesse says: “There were a TON of people at the stop (Divis and Geary) AND it was raining, but no one was sitting down…everyone was keeping a healthy distance from that little monster.”

Jesse always makes us laugh—especially when he’s performing at Muni Diaries Live—but this is the first time he has for real creeped us the eff out.

Muni Vine: Enter subway. Exit tunnel.

Have you heard of Vine? It’s the latest, greatest Internetsy thing sweeping the nation world since … a couple weeks ago.

The idea is that Vine hosts six second-long cinematic wonders that display on loop. And since Vine is a Twitter product, errybody gets to marvel at your hard work. It’s iOS-only now, so if you have an Android or mobile device that isn’t Apple, you’ll just have to wait.

Ron (@mrp) posted the Vine video above to @munidiaries.

What do you think? Likey? No likey?

28-19th Avenue passenger rides the bus hard

Helen describes the scene above.

This guy was listening to his boombox with headphones on the 28. And jamming out. Hard.

Boombox and headphones. Boombox and headphones … maybe his jams were so loud, like a helicopter passenger, he had to cover his ears to protect them and be able to communicate with fellow passengers …

Ah, never mind. I give up.

Helen dropped this one into our Diaries submission box. Now it’s your turn to share!
